The service department took excellent care of my 86 Golf (purchased elsewhere), and when the time came to replace it, I naturally bought a 99 Golf from World. It was serviced efficiently and carefully, and I'm confidently passing it on to my grandson. I started to look for a replacement somewhat halfheartedly about three months ago; at that time, Earl King patiently showed me every VW on the lot and didn't crowd me when he didn't hear from me. Last Saturday, I bought a pre-owned 2014 Golf. Again, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly continue to have my car serviced at World VW. More

Great experience traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I n traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I noticed a noise coming form the panoramic sunroof. I returned to the dealer. They found the noise. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and they could not fix it that day. I drove the car home and on Monday they sent a driver with a loaner to my house. 3 days later the driver returned with my car, problem fixed. I found their commitment exceptional, never avoiding my calls or not taking responsibility. I highly recommend this dealership. More
