Exceptional service and great value. I recently purchased a brand new CC from Leonard K at Neptune Vw. It was the third dealership I had visited that weekend, and I really didn't have mu I recently purchased a brand new CC from Leonard K at Neptune Vw. It was the third dealership I had visited that weekend, and I really didn't have much patience let alone faith left that I would find the car/deal I would be happy with. I was pleasantly surprised at how different this dealer was from the previous I had visited. Everyone was knowledgable and professional. The one thing that made exceptional was that the sales guy Leonard actually listened to what my wants and needs were. He was upfront, there were no surprises and very efficient. The process took less than an hour. My wife and I went out to eat, and when we came back the car was pretty and ready to go. Leonard went over all my questions about the car, and showed me some cool stuff about the cc. It was the first time I ever went to this dealer. It's a bit of a hike for me, but good service wins out. I got a great deal and the car I wanted. I will be taking my car there for service as well. More

Typical crap Saw a nice 2012 VW Passat on the lot so we inquired about the vehicle. After giving the salesman all my personal information to run a credit check bef Saw a nice 2012 VW Passat on the lot so we inquired about the vehicle. After giving the salesman all my personal information to run a credit check before we sat down to negotiate, he comes back with his numbers for the car. I was surprised to see all these extra fees added to the offer like government fee, the highest doc fee I've ever saw, window etching, and that certification which is a basic extended warranty. Who are these guys kidding? Then we started talking price. But that ended quick because they price their cars to the "market value" within a 100 mile radius. The salesman then went to the sales manager with my offer for the car. After making us wait for what seemed like an hour but was more like 15 minutes, he came back to us with the same numbers. The salesman gave me some kind of song and dance to justify the price of the car. As soon as you insult my intelligence and lie to me about car pricing, which I know how and what car dealers do, the deal is over. Its a shame how some buyers will get caught in the "trap". However this buyer already knew the tricks of the trade and caught them at their own game. Al I can say is stay away. There are better alternatives. More

I really wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else - and I happen to live within 2 miles of another VW dealership. Bob was, and continues to be very professional, personable, and always willing to make the entire experience seamless. Jonathan Redwood the Sales Mgr is always just as helpful and personable. Whenever I have gone to the dealership for service appointments he has always made time for any questions I had and would always greet me regardless of how busy his day was. I can say working with both Bob and Jonathan over the last 5 years has made me come to enjoy my visits to World VW. They make the atmosphere very warm and almost and treat you as if you are "part of their family". I would recommend anyone work with either Bob or Jonathan for an excellent car buying experience. More
