I was in the market for a particular used car. After about 2 months of looking, I found what was potentially that vehicle. I was located approximately 2 hours away so I placed a phone call and spoke wit about 2 months of looking, I found what was potentially that vehicle. Glen answered the questions and I decided it was worth coming out to look at. After making the trek to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle exactly as described by Glen, if not better. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was convinced the car was the one for me. After negotiating a more then reasonable price, I requested that the dealer hold the vehicle for me as I had an important 2 day trip planned. I put a small deposit down on the car and came back in to finalize everything when I got back. The entire experience was superb. From the easy and straightforward communication with Glen down to the finance people, I couldn't have asked for more. A few days after being home with my new toy, I received a follow up phone call to schedule a future oil change and also to make sure everything was going great. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this dealership to anybody. A total class act. More

They just renovated and remodeled their Showroom. It is beautiful place. The staff is great in Sales as well as in Service. Patrick Dougherty is the salesman that I always work with. I am delighted to report that he not only got me approved for the exact car I wanted but gave me exactly what he quoted for my trade in. I am not the type of person that typically writes or fills out surveys but when you come across a representative that keeps their word and treats you honestly, I feel it’s important to recognize them. They have a great selection of cars which made choosing just one hard, but the sales team was great at helping me find exactly which one Delivered!!! I had "iffy" credit so I was a little worried about how I could get financed, but I guess it's true, where there is will, there is a way, They were persistent at getting me the financing I need at a low rate. Like a previous commenter, I also highly recommend you stay away from this dealership. To be blunt, they are dishonest. They lied about their pricing, they lied about the contract, they lied about everything. Additionally, they shop your credit report all over the state and then end up sticking you with some shady bank with zero reputation. There are a lot of Subaru dealerships around, if you really want a Subaru, please go somewhere else. I've been buying cars for 30 years, and never have I experienced something like this. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else! More
