Overall it was a great experience without the high pressure sales tactics that typically come along with buying a car. Everyone in the dealership was professional and courteous. This is the second time my family has bought a used car from World Subaru (Even if it wasn't a Subaru). I would recommend checking out what they have in stock - it was a pleasure doing business with them. More

I went to one dealership and didn't like the deal proposed along with the salesperson. He kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I heard good reviews on the Suburu Forester and World Suburu was the first to respond to my internet inquiry. Girsh Berman handled my sale. Girsh made me comfortable and brought me a coffee. I told him I was looking at the Forester. He asked me what I liked and was looking for in the vehicle. He quickly proposed a vehicle, explained all the standard features and then went into options. He priced the vehicle fairly and got me the deal I wanted. Girsh has followed up numerous times to make sure I am satisfied with my vehicle and to call him with ANY questions or concerns. Girsh is a great salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable of his product, proposed to sell me what I wanted not something else on the lot, did not pressure me, and followed up after the sale. Everyone one else in the dealership was just as friendly. I would highly recommend World Suburu for outstanding service and the 2015 Forester 2.5 Limited that I purchased. And don't forget to ask for Girsh. He is also a great guy who cares. More

The Business Manager Michael was also very helpful, and low-stress. I have had bad experiences in the past when buying a car, and in prior transactions at other dealerships, I felt like I was being bullied into purchasing extended warranties. Not so at World. Michael gave me the options, but ultimately, I felt like I was able to make my decision without being hassled. I appreciate that tremendously, and it makes me willing to do repeat business with them in the future. More

I have never come away with anything less than a fair price, undivided attention, and overall the most pleasant experience one can have with a new car dealer (including service). I just purchased the 2015 Subaru Legacy and it's just a superb vehicle in every sense of the word. I am confident I will have many years of enjoyable driving, just as I had with my 2007 Impreza and 2002 Jeep Liberty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, and I don't think I'll buy anything but a Subaru again! More

Tim Stewart took the time to go over all of the models and options with me when I came by during my lunch hour one afternoon, knowing that there would not be a sale made that day. Tim was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles, models, and the different options offered. When I returned with my wife and three kids a couple of weeks later we were very pleased with how efficient Tim was knowing that keeping three kids entertained during the car buying process was not easy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. More

The experience is always so degrading and troublesome and after 2-3 hours at a dealership, negotiating, going back and forth with all the other little tricks played during the process, I normally walk away with the feeling of defeat only to have the salesperson call the next day with the deal I ultimately requested from start. NONE of the old school tactics were used during my visit with World Subaru of Tinton Falls, New Jersey. From the time I walked into the dealership and was greeted by JR, the experience was way above my expectations. I knew the car I wanted, JR presented the numbers and the deal was made all within 5 minutes of me entering the dealership. JR is very knowledgeable and he presents himself with a lot of confidence. I think I have boasted and bragged more about my experience with JR and everyone else at the dealership than I have about the awesome 2015 Legacy Limited that I purchased. I just hope 10 years from now when I'm in the market for another car, JR is still working as a salesman at the dealership. Good, honest and knowledgeable salespeople are hard to find.
