She convinced me that I needed an appointment to come in and speak with a representative, even though this was the furthest dealership from me. Girsh greeted me at the door with the greatest non-pushy, yet friendly style. He was patient, thorough and efficient at obtaining accurate answers to all of my questions. He was professional, yet still cordial. Lastly, Mike cinched the deal with the bottom line price. His negotiation process was pleasant and painless. He had the car upfront and ready for us to guest drive. He had a no pressure attitude and kept us "in the know" every step of the way. Mike my business manager, help me with my loan, and treated me like a person - not like "next - sit here- sign here - get out". No, Mike took his time to explain all the paper work and was excellent to work with. My Cross-Trek was ready, clean and had a full tank of gas.
