On the day that I stopped in I only did so because I promised Frantz, I would stop by and see what they had, since the car I saw on line was sold. Well that was either a mistake or good fortune because I never met Frantz but I did meet Dennis M. He conveyed honesty in a profession notorious for not being so. I had been vascillating back and forth between a Honda Crosstour and an Outback. I told Dennis I was not looking to buy that day but I did want to drive one. He gave me the keys to a beautiful 2012 Outback Limited 3.6R with under 20K. I ended up buying the car and driving it home that day, all the while saying "but I didn't come in to buy a car." Yeah I thought my trade was worth a little more, but the price of the car I was buying was great. When something a little quirky showed up on the Carfax the matter was investigated and resolved to my satisfaction. Even after taking the car home when one of the rear DVD players had a flaw World scheduled an appointment and replaced the unit the same week at no hassle and no cost. I have nothing but the highest expectations for the coming years owning my CPO Outback Limited. Thanks Dennis for providing me a car buying experience with none of the usual buyer's remorse. Internet age car shopping done right. So long story short i had dealt with over 72 dealers to get my subaru. why so many? well i was in search for a dying breed of car. The car itself coul So long story short i had dealt with over 72 dealers to get my subaru. why so many? well i was in search for a dying breed of car. The car itself could not be ordered because the cutoff was last year for any new orders which really sucked.the sti hatchback. New 2015 will not come in hatch and i need a hatch/wagon for family needs also and it is the only car in it's class that has performance, room and other necessities for its price. no other car will come close to what it features. NONE. so i was going from dealer to dealer on all the car shopping sites online and sent out hundreds of emails. Many never called back and many never even bothered to reply to an email. Yes i understand many customers online may be kids, or just feelers but in the sales business i believe a lead is a lead and should never be ignored. So at the end of the long struggle/hunt for the car i was on my last straw of hope and saw an advert for a sti new for the price i wanted. so i said "why not" and sent World Subaru an email and voila! under an hour i had a reply, and a call not too long after that. i spoke to Reggie first who told me the details of the car and dealt the "deal" with Lester. after 10 min of talk i had my name on the car. i gave all my info via email and a few hours later i had a call back with approval for financing for the car. Lester forwarding me to the financial manger Mike and we talked and we went over all the details and he even discussed some add ons for the car also which i wasn't really interested in but still gave me all the details patiently. Now that is the kind of transaction that ANY customer wants. Polite, to the point, there whenever you have a question, speedy replies, and best of all comfort of service. Now for the icing on the cake, i am on call and never really have time to visit a dealer let alone a dealer that is 1+hrs away from where i am, so you know what they did? THEY DELIVERED the car to my house... i was in awe. they delivered the car in pristine condition. they did all the paperwork and brought them to me. I never expected buying a car to be so xxxx easy. I seriously had a harder time getting my cell phone then getting a 40,000 dollar car and you know who provided all this? WORLD SUBARU. it doesn't matter if you are 3000 miles away from them, talk to them im sure Lester and team will be able to handle anything you throw at them and still bring a smile at the end of the day. Thanks again Lester, Reggie, Mike, the guys that delivered the car and the rest of the world subaru team for my new car. More
This has to be the worst experience in terms of buying a used car that I've had thus far. My wife and daughters traveled from Long Island to trade in the same model for a more current one with more options. used car that I've had thus far. My wife and daughters traveled from Long Island to trade in the same model for a more current one with more options. We found the car on Cars.com, and the Carfax came back clean. I spoke to Frantz, who set up an appointment for the next day for us with Mike. We arrived when they opened, and were handed over to Rich Riccitelli. At first he seemed like a nice guy until he realized he couldn't use typical sleazy tactics with an educated, tech-savvy family who had done their research. We took the vehicle for a test drive and immediately found, what we considered, significant flaws. Knobs missing, electronics not working, scratched and damaged bumpers. When we came back, he immediately wanted to seal the deal. Only after I inquired about the flaws did he start to become agitated. At one point he said, "It's a used car, I can't fix everything!" And when I followed him outside with the service guy to estimate the repairs, my wife caught him rolling his eyes at me. Really professional move. He offered to have everything fixed and delivered to my home, which I thought was a nice gesture. However, during negotiating, he came down a fraction on his vehicle, and low-balled me for the trade-in. We were offered between 15-17k from other dealers, and he came back with 13k. Wouldn't budge. We observed him talking with Mike with frustrated hand gestures, then Mike came over to talk with us. At the point, we decided to leave. Rich couldn't be bothered and didn't say another word to us. It was as if he was pouting. In fact, I told my wife that I would meet her outside, that I had to use the restroom, within earshot of Rich. He made a bee-line for the bathroom and locked the door in front of us. Real classy. He would have had a sale that day if he was willing to negotiate. We weren't unreasonable, and we had done our homework. Don't expect someone to buy a car with major issues. We expected to drive home in something else that day, so even the bait-and-switch would have worked better than acting like an over-sized child. Oh well, good luck if you go here for a car! More
Dennis M. is an exceptional sales rep who keeps his word and goes way above and beyond for his customers. We purchased the 2014 Forrester for my son, and Dennis even arranged for the new plates to be sent to West Virginia where my son lives after calling the dealership so we have a contact to work with in the service department. The dealership experience is relaxed, very professional and honest, with none of the typical high pressure sales tactics. Have never owned a Subaru, but would highly Subaru and this dealership --especially Dennis M. More
Made a cash purchase of an '08 Nissan Sentra for my 17 year old son on a Friday, and the car was back in the shop on the following Monday due to an engine smokng like a crop duster even before the chec 17 year old son on a Friday, and the car was back in the shop on the following Monday due to an engine smokng like a crop duster even before the check cleared. I immediately suspected an engine problem. I specifically told the service rep that the car was acting like this was a ring issue, because as the engine heated up, the smoke subsided. After an initial denied request for a loaner car, I insisted that I get one, and it was provided several days later after I became very direct with the service rep. The car was ultimately fixed to my satisfaction, as the dealer obtained a low mileage engine. I requested that my 3 month warranty be reset to start on the day I picked up the car, and Lou informed me he would try to get that done. He didn't ever follow up with me, and my assumption now is that he was blowing some of that smoke from the engine up my skirt. I have since had no other mechanical problems, however, my 17 year old son is now driving on an expired temporary plate, and I have now made several calls to follow up on when I can expect my permanent plates and my title to the vehicle. Needless to say, I have so far been unimpressed. More

This is actually the second car that we have bought from Dennis, one new and one used. I would buy another car from World Subaru just based on if he was still there or not. Don't get me wrong World Subaru is a very nice dealership and have great people working there also. Mike Warnock, in finance, made everything very quick and we were in and out with everything done correctly. Thanks Dennis and Mike! More

I came into the dealership to check out a car I'd seen on line. The car was potentially for my Mother. The dealer, Shane, was very understanding that it's difficult to shop on behalf of someone els seen on line. The car was potentially for my Mother. The dealer, Shane, was very understanding that it's difficult to shop on behalf of someone else, and as I was very interested in the car, allowed me to take it home overnight to show to Mom. I returned with Mom the following day, as she liked it but had questions. After answering her concerns, Shane walked her through the additional options that she wanted, and went beyond our requests in making Mom happy with her purchase. He was extremely patient with my 80 year old Mom, expedited the paperwork and made her confident that her decision was a good one and that he was always available if she needed additional help. For an older woman, who had never navigated this type of transaction, the experience couldn't have been better. Thanks, Shane! More
