My New Subaru I went into the Subaru Dealership on Saturday 10/25/14 to see what I could find. I have wanted a Subaru for a while now and the opportunity presented I went into the Subaru Dealership on Saturday 10/25/14 to see what I could find. I have wanted a Subaru for a while now and the opportunity presented itself. The gentleman that I dealt with, Shane Peterson, was not only knowledgeable but was patient and understanding through all the questions and anxieties I had. He eased me through the process and made, a very large commitment, as smooth as possible. My daughter owns a Subaru and loves it, which is why I decided to check out the Subaru's. I will definitely refer anyone who is looking for a vehicle to check out Subaru first, in particular The World Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ. Accolades to this dealership for their professionalism and thoroughness. Although they did not attack you when entering the dealership (as so many dealerships do) they were attentative and made me feel welcome and at ease. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle it will definitely be at World Subaru with Shane Peterson. Thanks to Subaru for such a great vehicle. I am so happy with my new Forester. More

My girlfriend and I knew immediately we had to go see Frank. We had been in to World Subaru a few times before just to browse and Frank was always extremely friendly, pleasant and accommodating. So naturally when it came time for us to get a car immediately, we knew that Frank was our man. He was happy to see us and found a car that met our criteria right away. He worked tirelessly with the Finance Department to get us a deal and was completely awesome every step of the way. Phenomenal experience hands down. So I came in to just look at some cars, and was greeted by Glen almost immediately, and very professionally. Glen Miller the Sales & Leasing Consultant, was professional, polite and answers all my questions I noticed a minor scratch on the passenger side fog light, he didn't say the popular phrase "IT IS A USED CAR", he immediately accessed his computer & evaluated the part cost and offered me 2 options either to replace it at their service center or to deduct the amount from the car's value. Another thing to mention, usually dealerships have other hidden fees to charge the customers that will raise the "internet price" at least 20% more, once they come to their lot, that was not the case. Glen Miller managed to drop the car's price 5% off of the published internet price. Upon signing the contract Mike D'aiello explained every and each paper and was SUPER CLEAR on what I would expect from after-sale services. He didn't push me to sign extended warranty with them instead he gave me a week long to think about the extended warranty in the same discounted price he offered. More
