Best Dealership Experience I started the process online, emailing with Shane. He gave me a lease payment I was happy with from the very beginning, so no need for haggling! I had picked out the car I wanted and when I went to the dealership a few days later, it was there ready and waiting. Paperwork was fairly quick compared to other dealerships. Out of this World Buying my new Subaru from Rich was so easy. He explained every aspect of the purchase process, knew the vehicle so he could answer my questions, and Buying my new Subaru from Rich was so easy. He explained every aspect of the purchase process, knew the vehicle so he could answer my questions, and took care of my insurance ahead of time. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. He then demonstrated how to use all of the equipment on the vehicle and he set up the Bluetooth with my phone. More

Happy Customer Thanks to Timmy Stewart When I first walked in to World Subaru I was greeted by Timmy Stewart, a salesman. He was very welcoming and friendly. I came in to look at the Subaru When I first walked in to World Subaru I was greeted by Timmy Stewart, a salesman. He was very welcoming and friendly. I came in to look at the Subaru Crosstrek, but I was also shopping around other makes and models as well. I had a lot of questions and Timmy was very informative and answered my questions to the fullest. Based on all the information I had received from Timmy during this visit, I decided to purchase the 2015 Crosstrek. I could not be happier with my experience at World Subaru and the purchase of my new car. Timmy even went above and beyond and followed up with me a few times since my purchase to see how I liked the car and if I had any further questions.
