Today, I went to this dealership and unfortunately, this was the worse experience that I have ever had when trying to purchase a car and I have purchased several cars over the years. First, the price is $3000 higher than the sticker price because I was told that this was a "dealership mark up" because of the current shortage of cars nationwide. Second, this dealership "insist" that you buy their $2000 "appearance package" which I did not want. When I told them this, they said that I "must" purchase it. Third, this dealership acts as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Finally, I went to another World Car dealership (Hyundai) and found and purchased an awesome vehicle with no hassle, unwanted packages and most importantly, extremely better customer service. More
