Ricky was terrific. He is engaging, fun to work with and meets the customer where they are. His sales technique was not "hard, pushy sales". He showed true concern for meeting my needs and demonstrated his appreciation for my customer loyalty to Hyundai. He sincerely and honestly worked to get me the best deal and he delivered. I am truly a satisfied customer and I will definitely refer my friends and family members to Ricky and the Matteson dealership. Ricky is a great salesman and an asset to the Matteson dealership. This was my second new car purchase at this dealership , much due to Ricky and the Hyundai unbeatable service warranty. The staff in sales and service know how to treat their customers well and they consistently put the customer first. Surprisingly, we had a blast buying our new car at World Hyundai. Mark was helpful, low-pressure, witty, clear and concise, understanding, and the list could go on. All of the other people we had business Hyundai. Mark was helpful, low-pressure, witty, clear and concise, understanding, and the list could go on. All of the other people we had business with there were friendly and helpful, as well. The price of the car was the lowest I heard from any dealership and there was no attempt on the dealership's part to be tricky regarding numbers. And to top it all, I got a balloon. Great people to work with. Welcoming environment with a staff who has a great wealth of knowledge. Everyone at World Hyundai is so nice. I am 22 and just bought my first new car. I love my Tiburon. I loved the experience.
