Hyundai only wants your money after they get you in a car, they could care less about dealing with you afterwards. If anyone writes a good review its more than likely the employees that work there.!! DAVID KING, BRANDY J and ANTWON WADE are the main 3 reps that left a bad taste in my mouth. I took time out to come and see if my sister who I co-signed for could refinance her car. Long story short the person in finance (ANTWON) refused to come and see me, I'm assuming because I didn't mention that I wanted to buy another car. David the sales rep, asked for my ID and started filling out an application for a new car WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I asked him why he would ask for my ID and start an app with out my permission, he pretty much was dumb founded and wanted to hurry and run my credit, I'm glad I didn't give him my social!! unbelievable! After going back and forth I finally asked for Antwon, the finance guy. He REFUSED TO COME AND TALK TO ME! once again because I wasn't buying a car that day. The funny thing is I did plan on coming back for a new car but I was unsure of what I wanted I was still researching and reading reviews. I will be writing to BBB. More
