Great car buying experience. This was our second vehicle purchase from World Hyundai. That says a lot. since we were driving across Chicago from the far north side. We called Tom Primbas to let him know when we were coming in, and he arranged a VIP service experience for us. Our salesman, Kareem, called to verify our appointment time and talk about the car I was interested in. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, shown to a desk, offered refreshments and waited for Kareem, who arrived almost immediately. He brought a Tucson booklet with him, going over the Tucson models and packages available, pointing out the ones with the options I wanted. He found just the right car on the lot, we took a test drive, and settled down to do the paperwork prepared & explained to us by Tom. Everything from the initial call to starting our drive home went smoothly. We rated our car buying experience 5 stars***** From the time we were greeted at the door, welcomed by the staff, who made us feel right at home, well taken care of by our salesman, Kareem, who REALLY listened to what we wanted & found the perfect vehicle, to Antoine in the finance department who explained every piece of paperwork we signed. We feel everyone treated us with our best interest in mind, which is why we returned to World Hyundai for our second car purchase.
