I booked my oil change online and the computer told me that the cost would be $69 and that is what I expected to pay because they knew my vehicle was a diesel when I made the appointment. Took 3 weeks to get my car in for an issue that was under extended warranty. I asked if they offered loaner car. I was told no, they do not offer loaners. This was extremely inconvenient but did not want to extended warranty. I asked if they offered loaner car. I was told no, they do not offer loaners. This was extremely inconvenient but did not want to pay to have my car towed anywhere else. They also did not call and give me updates. When the car was looked at by a service tech, they sent me a text with paperwork asking to approve or decline service. After I got a call saying it was complete and I could come pick it up, they was already closing for the night. When I got their to pickup my car the next day, it took about 45 minutes to receive help from anyone. I even walked around asking for help. This has solidified my decision to never do any business with World Pensacola Ford. When I got the car back I also noticed an issue with the clock being stuck at 10:16. The time is not working. I removed the negative battery cable for 15 minutes than hooked it back up to fix the issue they caused. More
