My husband and I love our Explorer. Business was good. First few checkups on the car was good and friendly and at least one of the advisors acknowledged me. As I drove into the service area, everyone just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. Finally one person said they would be with me in a moment. Then an advisor named Ryan finally came over to help and got the service going. What is wrong with people? It is like I drove into their home and not one person said hello. I do understand for those that were busy but some were just socializing. As a customer, you can tell the difference between business talk and socializing on the job! My car was taken care of and it did not take very long so I went home in a Lyft. The other work that we needed to be repaired has a long waiting time. Anyway, I just suggested I would try to schedule the work after Christmas holidays. I did not have the good feeling with the service there like I did many years ago. Not really sure what's happening with staff but did not sense, Oh, I love my Explorer! Maybe it was a not so good day. Who knows? But all customers want to be recognized and acknowledged even if others may be trying to avoid serving the next customer. It definitely does not make me want to come back there for my next vehicle purchase. My husband and I love our car but we were really trying to have all maintenance done by the Ford company. When we don't feel welcomed, why go there anymore. We totally understand life gets busy but communication is the key to all relationships whether it is business or pleasure! We will return to get our car repaired. I just hope someone actually looks up and acknowledges me. Dear Lord, what is going on with these companies? More

Awesome service today. I had an unexpected technical issue and I was next door to the dealer. Dealer took my vehicle back earlier than scheduled and was finished with the oil /filer change and multi point inspection in under an hour. Called and made an appointment because the windshield wipers quit working on my F250. Was told it would be two weeks before they could look at it. Why would they have me make an appointment then? Was tol wipers quit working on my F250. Was told it would be two weeks before they could look at it. Why would they have me make an appointment then? Was told the control module was bad when they finally had a chance to look at it. Was told it would cost $374 for the parts and an hours worth of labor. So 550 bucks. When I finally got my truck back it was $1159. Not a very good way to do business. More
