The wonderful customer service started when I got out of my car, everyone was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. My Salesman Logan WIEDENBECK is awesome. He explained the contract, discussed the car my car, everyone was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. My Salesman Logan WIEDENBECK is awesome. They sold a part to our repair tech who installed it and attempted programming. It has several issues still after programming. I called and was told to bring it in and they would test the part and if it was attempted programming. It has several issues still after programming. I called and was told to bring it in and they would test the part and if it was bad they could replace it. It was a bad part (BCM) and they did warranty the part as it was only a few weeks. They never mentioned charging for the checking of the part but charged me anyway as well for the install and programming. They said it would be 2-3 days and we gave them 10. We got home from a trip to discover it was not yet fixed despite being told it was. We drove a total of 3 hours to to told the tech (allegedly one of their best) had forgotten several items and we would need to leave it again and driver 3 more hours to pick it up the next day or after. This was a terrible experience with zero concern from management, despite the service writer clearly needing and asking for assistance. Would never recommend them. More
Ellen Stubenhaus was my service advisor, she was great, very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the process and time it would take. Repairs were timely and well executed.
