I asked her to recommend as salesman whom was honest, straight to the point and a man that I could trust my family with since just having a brand new son. Without hesitation she introduced me to Spencer Lane who was willing to do whatever he could to help me in my difficult situation. Because of the growing family I needed a bigger SUV but was not in the best financial position. With Bob Smith's assistance Spencer was able to get me into a new, bigger SUV and in a tremendously better situation where my wife could not have been happier! I was so impressed by Spencer's character and willingness to never stop until the deal was done and my wife and I were extremely pleased that I not only purchase one new vehicle but two! We are so grateful that Spencer never gave up and even though it took two days to get both deals done, the end result was well worth it! Fantastic After Sale Service Having purchased a good used trade in car from Troy Mann and Marco Barlow, I noticed that the drivers' door lock would not work with the key, only t Having purchased a good used trade in car from Troy Mann and Marco Barlow, I noticed that the drivers' door lock would not work with the key, only the push button lock function on the key. Troy set it up for me to call and drop the car off at World Ford at a time convenient to me to have the lock fixed. I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked the car up a short time later. Not only had they corrected the lock operation, they also furnished, cut, and had programmed a new factory model specific key with smart chip in it for the car. All push button and theft protection features were included and work correctly with the new key they supplied. The car had only been traded in with one key, and that was what I had purchased it with. This is truly after point of sale service above and beyond what is required or friendly. It is Fantastic Service. Thank You Troy and Marco. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with these two guys. Go talk to them next time you even think about buying a car. More

I was apprehensive because I was making the deal by myself, but Jason M. and Marco worked out a super sweet deal where I felt comfortable with the numbers and it MORE than made up for the color. The color is still pretty anyway ;) I would reccommend this dealer and the services that the gentleman there provided for my car leasing experience! More
