Buying my First SUV. I had recently been involved in an accident earlier in December. I owned a Honda Fit, in which I liked up until then. After that I could not see getting back into a small car. I came into the dealership met with Scott and explained my experience to him. He immediately took me under his wing and helped me evaluate all of the vehicles that fit into the category of my comfort level. I was not sure at first, he told me no pressure just take my time. I told him I would be back. It was like two weeks later, I brought my husband in and met with Scott and Jim his associate and bought the Ford Escape. I absolutely LOVE it. I looked on Auto Trader and saw a couple of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles I was interested in, so I made an appt at World Ford. In previous car buying experiences, I had been shown things like the "lighted makeup mirror" because I am a female, or I've had a salesman try to force feed me what he though I wanted/needed. What a pleasant, refreshing change it was to deal with Keith Rodgers at World Ford! He was absolutely wonderful; very low key, helpful and informative. I test drove the two vehicles I had been interested in, made my choice and we were done the same evening. Thank you so much, Keith, for making this a pleasant experience rather than a dreaded chore!
