More than once, a team member reading my face would ask…Do you need something? I asked about some unexpected work that was very expensive for me, he called your tech to his desk, we met and he brought me back to my truck and showed me the part that needed to be replaced. His superior stepped in and gave me additional explanation. Good team. Now about the expensive unexpected work. Your tech showed me a fuel filter housing where two of the bolts had been improperly installed which ruined the housing. I believe in Ford, I trust you with my beautiful truck, all of my service work is done at a Ford dealership. If that work be poor it was done at a Ford dealership. I have my service records which shows the last dealership that changed the fuel filter. I had used them before and have confidence in them. I’m retired, this bill hurts. But I want to end positive. Kevin was great, gave me the bad news, he was empathetic. And again to the tech, his manager, and your team as a whole, they were engaging and answered all of my questions.
