Rude treatment after they were paid and really rude after trying to make resolution after contact with BBB. This dream became a nightmare would never recommend them to anyone else! Had saved along time to have this done and was stolen in the blink of an eye. They had the truck for a Month and still could not do a professional Quality job. HEY FORD WHATEVER HAPPEN TO QUALITY IS JOB 1 ???? I have had Fact O Bake do better in the past on another vehicle with friendlier service. I will say they do have 1 good customer serviced minded employee in their body shop Pedro was friendly & and professional throughout trying to get problems resolved no doubt everything would have been done if left up to him but he was low man on totem pole. Thanks for all you tried to do Pedro!! Was so looking forward to taking it to shows its a 1996 F150 XLT EXT Cab this was going to be our hobby we will still go to the shows and give these reviews @ every car & truck show we attend maybe we will be able to save our money to have it redone again before too long. We still love our Truck just does not look as good as it did before they touched it !!!! We are not being picky or hard to please and invite Any Ford Executive to look at our truck and tell us he or she would be satisfied with the job that was done. TY More
I found a vehicle that I was willing to drive 800 miles to go pickup and requested information over the internet. I was contacted by Chad in their internet sales department. We started negotiating, and I told him I was looking for a price with Ford's 0% financing offer for 2012 models. He shot me a price and we went back and forth negotiating different things. I was working on the plan to drive there, and asked for a breakdown with taxes, fees, etc all lined out so there weren't going to be any surprises after I drove that far. I had to ask him several times before he finally told me...."well the price I gave you was with the rebates currently offered, not the 0% financing price, you get one or the other" The true 0% financing price was more than $5,000 higher, and he still refused to give me all of the fees broken out, just said +TTL. I confronted him about it, and he said he went above and beyond negotiating with me, he forgot about me asking for 0% and he didn't think it was an issue because up until that point I "hadn't brought up the price." I didn't bring up the price because he said there was no further room to negotiate the price. I felt like I got the typical "bait and switch" that is common with car dealers. I wish just once I could find someone that is honest, especially when I was willing to go above and beyond to get this car. More
We bought an F150 and a Focus from this dealership within a week. Even through a remodel they were fast, friendly, and able to make our car buying expierence a great one. I had been weeks searching the Gulf Coast dealerships from Biloxi to Pensacola for a good deal on a used car. Sales associate Sandy McMurphy made the process easy, and the whole experience was quite enjoyable. Sandy was more than helpful, cordial, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Two days after purchasing the vehicle that was supposed to be equipped with the voice activated SYNC system (one of the main reasons for my purchase of the vehicle) the system would not work. I have now t to be equipped with the voice activated SYNC system (one of the main reasons for my purchase of the vehicle) the system would not work. I have now taken it to the dealership three times and they do not seem to even understand how the system works. They acted like problem was isolated to my vehicle. More specifically they wanted to believe that it was my ipod that was the problem. But searching the SYNC website I find that it is an ongoing problem with the system. At no time has there been any talk about replacing the module that seems to be the problem which I would think would be a logical next step. At least until I saw the website listing the hundreds of similar issues. All they want to do is to keep resetting my ipod and the SYNC system in the vehicle. These resets have been done numerous times and do not resolve the issue. They obviously are selling vehicles with features that they have no idea how to support or features that just do not work as advertised. All I know is that I am completely frustrated trying to deal with the local dealership, and the continued run around I am getting. The continued trips to the dealership with no real resolution to the problems are just unacceptable. More
Having been to multiple Ford dealerships throughout the country, it is safe to say that this one has been the best so far. The staff was happy to negotiate both on price of sale and on trade-in, as well a country, it is safe to say that this one has been the best so far. The staff was happy to negotiate both on price of sale and on trade-in, as well as patient and helpful. Both the salesman and the sales manager were very eager to answer questions. Mark Wallace even took an extended amount of time to explain how to utilize all of the Sync features with the new car. Extremely satisfied with the level of care as well as the price and financing that was provided. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
Brought my car in because my ABS light was on and my car shuddered. $1,142.75 later I drove it away and 3 miles down the road the ABS light is on again! Explain that one. I have been a customer of World Ford since I bought my Focus in 2005. I was happy with the deal then, and when the Fusion came out in the 2010 body design, I had to get it. So I had an accident that total Focus in 2005. I was happy with the deal then, and when the Fusion came out in the 2010 body design, I had to get it. So I had an accident that totaled my car, and I was able to get the Fusion I have right now, and they were able to fix my car as well. So therefore I had to make sure to go to World Ford to get the Fusion I wanted. After the accident, when I was finally able to get another car, I went straight to World Ford. I want to get a 2010 Ford Edge. So I hope to go there, and I highly recommend going to World Ford that I wanted to do a commercial or testimonial for them. Sherman More
