I was surprised at the honesty of the service manager I asked them to look at my transmission because it was making funny noises and to my surprise they actually did! They couldn't identify the problem so I asked them to look at my transmission because it was making funny noises and to my surprise they actually did! They couldn't identify the problem so they contacted the ford engineers and after a couple tries they fixed it. They gave me a free rental while the work was done and kept me informed of the progress. Normally a dealer won't do something like that so I was very happy with the results!! More

Is been working with Marco for a while on an affordable, late model Explorer. Marco spent his entire afternoon on a Saturday working up figures and finally got me out the door...in an Explorer...with more than I had asked for at a price that would quantify a much lesser vehicle. I was able to get a lot more for my trade-in than anticipated as well, which helped with the bottom line. I left feeling as though I had stolen my new car! It was truly a great experience!!! I'd definitely buy another car from Marco in the future. More

Omar was great! We came to sell our car when done we in turn was looking for a new one. We live in Mobile so while in Pensacola we wanted to see what they had.
