Wow! Unbelievable!! My husband and I were in Pensacola for a seminar my husband had to take for work. We decided to bring our camper and stay at Fort Pickens. While driving into town over the bridge, we heard a sound in the engine of our 2000 F250 and knew it wouldn't be good. Thankfully we were able to get off the bridge and pull into the welcome center. My husband, who fixes all our cars, popped the hood. He quickly realized the problem, somehow a spark plug had blown out of the motor... not a good thing! He didn't know what to do... I looked up the Ford dealer in Pensacola and asked if we could make it. He said we could, so on the way we went, very loudly!! We walked in and went to the service department. The man there said that it would be very costly and suggested a repair shop across the street, we needed it done that day. As we were walking out, I asked the receptionist if we could talk to someone about buying a truck.My husband was dreading this, because he said that we were going to get reamed!! They had us, and we had no room for negotiation. Here's where my day turned around! Marco Barlow was our salesman, we told him about our dilemma. We needed something that would pull a 6000 pound airstream, and we wanted a good deal! He immediately went right to work, explaining all our options, what would work and what wouldn't. He came up with the PERFECT truck at an unbelievable price! He took our truck and had it appraised, we knew we wouldn't get that much, but with all the incentives it was very doable for us!! But that is NOT where it ended with Marco... we needed to have our braking system put into the new truck and also the hitch. While we were in with the finance guy,( Scott who also was AMAZING!!!), Marco called around to people he knew that would be able to help us get that installed. Not only did Mike Ryans accessories install it cleanly, they were able to locate and order a part that we needed to pull the camper. The whole experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! No stupid games, just a great truck at a great price! Thank you Marco for one of the best truck buying experiences EVER! Seriously if anyone needs a vehicle, go to World Ford Pensacola!! More

He immediately got on with starting the paperwork and getting the car in for service. As a matter of fact he pointed out that there was a notice from Ford to replace a sensor which I was unaware of. So in all honesty I have to say that Dan is good at what he does. Except he said he doesn't have the authority to get doughnuts for the waiting room. That being said I'll be back. Norman More

What a Wonderful Experience! had the opportunity to return to a different Ford dealership where I leased a car before, however, my husband had had such a great experience with Wo had the opportunity to return to a different Ford dealership where I leased a car before, however, my husband had had such a great experience with World Ford Pensacola (especially with sales person Rick Woods) that he wanted to give them/him a shot for my new car leasing, since the lease was up on the previous vehicle. From the moment I stepped on the lot and met Rick, I was impressed. Everyone was so very nice and patient. I didn't ever feel the stressful sales pitch. Rick was there to make sure we got the deal that WE were happy with. He went out of his way to make certain my experience was good. He definitely exceeding my expectations. After my purchase, Dean (customer service) was fabulous....spending time with us to make sure we got familiar with everything our new car could do. He was friendly and patient, always making sure we were satisfied. Once this lease ends, I will definitely be going back to World Ford Pensacola (and Rick Woods!) More

Had no idea what to expect. I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Lisa. I told her exactly what I needed. She and her manager, Bob Smith, didn't try to wheel and deal with me. They made me feel completely comfortable like I was part of the family. They came through with the exact car I needed at the price I needed. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family for their car-buying needs! More

As a single mom, although I was initially intimidated and anxious about buying a first car for my daughter by myself, I couldn't have had a better exp As a single mom, although I was initially intimidated and anxious about buying a first car for my daughter by myself, I couldn't have had a better experience with Lisa Fillingim. I had done my research and homework prior to stepping onto the Ford lot so everything Lisa shared with me was right on point. I was comfortable and confident from the first time Lisa reached out to me after I made an inquiry at the dealership. I was prepared for a tough, monotonous negotiation but there was absolutely no haggling because they came in reasonably under the Kelly Blue Book price. I never once felt taken advantage of or embarrassed in front of my daughter. This was most definitely the best experience I have had in obtaining a new used car which is important to me since I want to model positive experiences for my daughter to emulate as she matures. The entire staff was friendly but Lisa especially helped us out. Not having another licensed driver to get our Ford Taurus home, Lisa took her own time to get our car home to Gulf Breeze. That was 1 hour of her own time she generously donated to us after the sale was complete. I have already asked for Lisa to keep an eye out for a car for me! I will, without reservation, do business withe Pensacola FORD again and I am really looking forward to working with Lisa Fillingim again! She has called to check on us to make sure we are still having a great experience with our FORD...AND WE ARE!!!! More
