My latest service advisor was Tony and that service began with a friendly greeting with professional and respectful discussion of the service required. The inspection of the vehicle which was included in the service was then discussed with recommendation regarding the mileage and safety of the braking system. Tony was seated beside me as the issue was discussed which gave me a sense of care and concern without the pressure of time to get the job done. I will look for Tony. And BTW the waiting area is very comfortable with care given to customer comfort by other staff ... a real plus. More
