Jim Knudsen negotiated the entire deal over the internet including the value of the car being traded in. We made only one trip to the dealership. The transaction went flawlessly with no issues. The accessory package on the new car was thoroughly gone over with us in detail and the deal was completed in about 2.5 hours from the time we drove on the lot. All the World Ford personnel we came in contact with provided outstanding service. The business manager was very prepared and completed the paperwork in record time explaining everything thoroughly. It was a very pleasant experience, and we are very pleased with the car. More

Best car buying experience we have ever had!! We got really fed up with my wife's car, one we bought from Gary Smith Ford. It's had transmission problems starting a few months after we bought it, We got really fed up with my wife's car, one we bought from Gary Smith Ford. It's had transmission problems starting a few months after we bought it, but GSF kept telling us that's just how that year model is. Well we took it in to their service dept last week and they gave it back saying it was good to go, and today it's broke down leaving my wife stranded on the Pensacola Bridge on I-10. DONE!!! I do not enjoy buying a car so when all the paper work is done, I am a happy camper.
