Kristie, thank you for your feedback and I understand how frustrating it is to have a vehicle breakdown when traveling out of town. We do take all feedback very serious and use it for training our employees to avoid similar future problems. I did speak with the Service Manager to get a better understanding on how we can improve our communication process when providing a free loaner to our customers with the rental agency. It appears that their process always requires a credit card when placing a customer in one of their units, we should have done a better job in communicating that process. We also should have communicated to you that if you had any issues occur during that process to reach back with us so we could try a different option. We always try to provide the best customer service to our out of town visitors regardless of their circumstances. Your feedback is invaluable and will provide a great training opportunity at our next Service meeting. Please feel free to reach out to me if I can be of any further assistance.
