When i walked in, gave them my price i had in mind, and I want to thank Robert Rowley and his manager for hooking me up with my 2007 chevy equonix lt. When i walked in, gave them my price i had in mind, and what kind of car i wanted, they immediately mentioned the chevy to me, pulled it up and let me look at it. Within an hour i was signing the paperwork. They mentioned they would throw in 4 brand new tires for no charge, and as i was waiting for it to get detailed, they also fixed a blinker spring, and threw in brand new breaks as well all on their expense. I have to say, that i, for sure had great customer service. I now own a real family car. More
Terrible service at a hefty price! My husband took my 2009 Ford Taurus to World Ford on 08/30/2016 to have diagnostics and repair done on some electrical issues. I had fully anticipated My husband took my 2009 Ford Taurus to World Ford on 08/30/2016 to have diagnostics and repair done on some electrical issues. I had fully anticipated that any type of repairs would be expensive given the issues we were having. My first bad experience with this service visit: Someone had documented that my vehicle was towed in and the engine wouldn't turn over. Whoever reported that was wrong since we drove the vehicle to the service department. The engine had to be able to crank for us to get it there. We scheduled our appointment for 9am the following day (08/31/2016). When I called to get an update on my vehicle, I was told that the service department was just "too busy" and my vehicle wouldn't be diagnosed until the following day. Once I received a call from the technician, he told me that my vehicle needed a new instrument cluster and that labor/parts would cost $1333.16 . He assured me that vhe was "100% positive the instrument cluster was the problem. " I received a phone call on 09/07/2016 that my instrument cluster was all fixed, but that the vehicle also needed a new alternator. That would cost me an additional $570 dollars for parts and labor. I declined repair to the alternator at the time because a few days before taking my vehicle to the dealership, I had my alternator/battery/starter checked by two other mechanicside. Both mechanics said those components were fine. On 09/07/16, I went to pick up my vehicle. Prior to arriving, i also requested that I have my old instrument cluster returned to me. Once I actually arrived at the service department to pay and pick up my vehicle, I was told that I could not take the old part with me unless I wanted to pay an additional $300. I don't understand how they can charge me for a part that I owned, especially because I also paid for the replacement part!! Upon inspection of my vehicle, it appeared untouched. After cranking it, I realized the issue that I initially brought my car in for was still unresolved. Every service light came on. I am furious that I paid almost $1400 to have my vehicle repaired and the issue was not fixed! I don't even think they replaced the part I paid for. Bottom Line: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO BE REPAIRED!! They take your money and don't fix your vehicle! More

Jim talked to me one on one as though we were friends, he was down to earth. Never pushy or fast talking, he explained the Expedition and its new features and accessories. I also worked with Adam Quesnel, Finance Manager who assisted me with financing my new 2016 Ford Expedition. Both of these men provided me with 5 Star Service and I was extremely pleased with my buying experience at World Ford More

Go see Jim Knudson! Jim Knudsen did an amazing job when it came to getting mine and my wifes' new cars.
