I went to the World Ford Pensacola Dealership with dread, fearing what the outcome would be and how much it would set me back financially. I can't even begin to explain how wonderful my experience was (although stressful at times). I had a super caring staff helping me out with the purchase of my 2016 Ford Fiesta. Russel fit me into the perfect vehicle, making sure it had all of the amenities that I had in mind, if you are to buy a car from this dealership I definitely recommend that you stop and find Russel. Steve was my financial manager and he went above and beyond of what was expected of him, trying to get the numbers and the bank I was to finance with on the same page. After two long days, I'm glad to say I signed the paperwork. If I had to wake up tomorrow and do it again, I wouldn't change a thing! KUDOS GUYS, Y'ALL ARE AMAZING! I love World Ford Pensacola! More
Service Dept do not return calls when they say they will Called for estimate to change water pump in car. Gave info to female on phone. She said the service mgr would call within the hour. I called back. Another lady answered and she wanted the info about the car a 2nd time. I asked to speak with the Service mgr. Said she would put it in as urgent. Been almost an hour now and still no call back. I guess they don't want any business to service a Ford car. Very disappointed. If a Ford Dealership was in Milton, I would carry it there. Worthless service Dept in returning calls. More

Every question that I asked about the Mercury Grand Marquis that we were interested in he answered in great detail and if he didn't know he did the research to find out. It is not easy trying to find out things about a car that you want to buy when you are 3 hours away in another state but Marco made it happen. Just about everything that he told me about the car and the pictures online made it close to being right there. Marco and World Ford are class acts and we did buy the car that we were looking at. I would recommend Marco and World Ford to anyone that is looking for a great car buying experience. More

I knew I had to get reliable, affordable and appealing-to-my-teen transportation quickly. For me, there was no time to mourn the loss of her first car. My priority was how I was going to orchestrate a minimally-disruptive transition so that her high school classes, dual-enrollment college classes, work schedule and social life would not suffer. Because I had bought my dream car from Lisa less than a year earlier, I knew my go-to for our third purchase was going to be the team at World Ford Pensacola: Lisa, Bob and Jake. I was Not disappointed! Lisa had my daughter sitting in a beautiful car with all of the safety features I had requested the afternoon of my call to her. Lisa went above and beyond by presenting 4 more options within 3 days, once my daughter felt ready to entertain the thought of replacing her Taurus. We honestly never thought we could top our first purchase...but we did. Lisa Fillingrin did it! She made it appear effortless but I know it couldn't have been. She took every call from me. Most times I could here that she was walking the lot picking out just the right options to satisfy my list of requirements PLUS those of my teenager. Lisa has been exemplory with whom to work. As a single woman, I had always been intimidated by the car-purchasing experience but I have never once felt pressured or had a "salesman experience" like I have walking through other dealer lots with Ford. Lisa has made us feel like family and expresses genuine concern with our experience, always calling within a couple of days after purchase to make sure we are happy and satisfied. I would and will tell absolutely anyone who asks me that I would never change a thing about my experiences with Lisa. She is my forever dealer. That's the truth. I earnestly feel that she has been placed in my path to take the anxiety out of car shopping...and I couldn't be more grateful for her. More
