Lost patience and my day Wow! I made an appointment st 8:30 am to repair a clitch in a recall I had fixed there . Five hours later I was still waiting . Then I was told I need Wow! I made an appointment st 8:30 am to repair a clitch in a recall I had fixed there . Five hours later I was still waiting . Then I was told I needed new tires. Two hours later they were finished. Needless to say my day was shot as well as my patience. I was told when I made appointment it would take less than 2 hours. Not happy! Service rep was great. Not her fault!This happened when I brought the car in for initial recall. Blah! More

Worthless service. Took them almost a week to fix a transmission. Got the car back, and it's still not working right. Took it back, they refused to work on it again! How can you refuse service?!? When we took the car in originally, we were told they would not provide a loaner/rental. After the work was almost done, another service rep acted befuddled they had not provided a car, and said they were supposed to. Well them you need to TRAIN SOME PEOPLE IN WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! We have offered to trade the car in, and knowing it's a lemon, they still refused to pay the car off. They tried to roll $10000 into a new loan! CROOKS. If we have to get a lawyer we are going after Ford AND the dealership both. More
