Great car buying experience I felt very lucky to work with Marco when buying my new Ford Edge. I never felt pressured or hurried during my visit. Service department needs training I arrived for service appt @10am. At 11 am, my car was still in parking lot with the hazard lights flashing.. all other cars had been brought in for I arrived for service appt @10am. At 11 am, my car was still in parking lot with the hazard lights flashing.. all other cars had been brought in for service other than mine. I went in to inquire, they called back and were told that they had no one to pull it in, so they skipped it. I'm assuming no one knew how to drive a manual transmission so that's why it was skipped. At this point I got my car and left. We had an appointment for 12pm elsewhere. When I made the appointment they said oil service should be 1hr or less. I emailed the GM, Jason McDonald with no luck. I bought my vehicle from World Ford, but would NOT recommend the service department. More

I spent a lot on my truck in the expectation it will last me a long time. The service team at Work Ford, especially Kim, looked after me well, gave me accurate timescales and prices and took good are of my vehicle - which I need for work. Stellar Service Department Every auto manufacturer has some level of quality issues that vary across their line, that's a given - and Ford is certainly no exception. And while Every auto manufacturer has some level of quality issues that vary across their line, that's a given - and Ford is certainly no exception. And while no one really enjoys a visit to their local dealership for repairs or service, one at least hopes to be treated fairly with honesty and integrity. The service department at World Ford has always gone out of their way and above and beyond to treat me right. They are efficient, honest, and fair, and some of the best folks I've seen in the service industry. I want to especially call out the service manager, Dan Blocker. Over the years Dan and his team have always provided excellent service and they are the reason I continue to be a Ford customer. More
WENT IN WITH HIGH HOPES; LEFT DISAPPOINTED Yesterday, I called and made an appointment (or what I thought was an appointment). I was informed by Rick Manzoni that those aren't really appointments, they are a suggested time to drop off. That it might be tomorrow before they could even look at my car. He further informed me that he knew that my car was covered under an extended warranty (something that I had not mentioned), but that didn't guarantee that my car would be seen today and that whatever was wrong with my car might not be covered under the warranty. I told him that I really needed my car the same day and that I didn't understand this practice at all. He said he would see what he could do. At 1:28 p.m. that same day he called and left a voice mail. TRANSCRIPT OF MESSAGE: I got your car diagnosed and I had it fixed anyway codes P2196 and P2198. Fuel system lean. Verified it. Looks like you had your car serviced at PEP Boys and looks like on our inspection that they left the air inlet tube hose left lose. That’s how you are getting exhaust into the vehicle. So we corrected that and reset the throttle body angle and memory. Doesn’t smell any more. Total on it (not covered on your warranty) is 202.43. And you’re ready to go. Possibly I don't understand how this all works, but I thought that I had to be called to authorize any work over $50 or so dollars. Apparently not. Also, how come I wasn't given the opportunity to go back to PEP BOYS and have them put the hose back on? $202 later, I am looking for a new dealership. Maybe Sandy and Bubba would like to reopen a Ford dealership in Santa Rosa County??? More

I took it in for first service oil change and check today and got outstanding service from Tim, he was working by himself but that did not stop him from making sure I got the best experience.
