Marco worked his magic! I went into World Ford looking at a few used vehicles we had seen online. I immediately let Marco know that we were needing to purchase a vehicle ASAP I went into World Ford looking at a few used vehicles we had seen online. I immediately let Marco know that we were needing to purchase a vehicle ASAP as we had an unexpected work change at home. Taking this rush into consideration, my credit was also not in great shape, as I'm young and haven't had a whole lot of time to build it. After being denied for financing on the used vehicles, I was ready to give up and Marco suggested we give it one last try- if I was willing to look at some new vehicles I could possibly finance with Ford. We looked at several vehicles and I let him know I was interested in the new Focus'. Being that this was my first buying experience, I may have bombarded him with questions and he was very patient and made sure I understood the entire process. I left to eat lunch and received a picture of this gorgeous white Focus. Definite thumbs up! From then on, the paperwork was easy to understand and quick in finishing up. I had already let Marco know it was important to me to stay within my budget on the monthly payment and we were able to stay even below budget. I gave Marco not much to work with and he helped me walk out that day with keys to my new Ford Focus! I cannot thank Marco enough for all of his help and will make sure that the next car purchase we make will be with World Ford! More

A little bit fed up I'm aggravated that they said they would have my vehicle back to me within 5 days but it all reality it took 18 days to get it back. I generally like I'm aggravated that they said they would have my vehicle back to me within 5 days but it all reality it took 18 days to get it back. I generally like the service I receive here but after they had my car for a little over 2 weeks it is now infested with huge black ants!!!! I have tried spraying and vacuuming my vehicle very thoroughly for about 2 hours and I thought that took care of it and today there are more ants in my car. I have a two-year-old, this is not acceptable. She can't get bit to many time and if she does then she starts having a really bad allergic reaction! I feel that my childs not even safe in my vehicle anymore. I've had my vehicle since the beginning of June 2015, lived in three different states and I've never had a problem with ants until now. Its ridiculous because now I'm having to pay money we dont have to try and get rid of them all and now my car has a bad odor from the spray. It was nice that Ford paid for our rental car for the whole time they had our car but in the end I dropped my car off with no ant infestation and I would have really enjoyed picking it back up without an ant problem. More
