Waited 3. 5 hours for an oil change, still had to pay! They used all my Ford Points and gave me a slight discount for the delay, but apparently my time isn’t wo 5 hours for an oil change, still had to pay! My service rep went to lunch and I was told that someone else would monitor my vehicle, they apparently did not! When my rep returned an hour later my vehicle was still waiting for service! I was never cross or angry with the service rep. And yet my time was not valued. Also, I had asked for them to look at my Pro Power system which isn’t working, it was a surprise to the service rep and I was told they couldn’t do that type service on this event. Now I have to make another appointment . Why ask on the website if you’re not going to provide that service? Lastly, the rep almost required/begged for a five star review of his service, or he’d be in “trouble”, this is ridiculous! I do not think I’ll continue to use World Ford service once my warranty is complete. More
