I brought my Focus on because the dashboard started separating. I have the Platinum ESP coverage from Ford. Dealership said the car is too old & did nothing to fix it. Service advisor worked hard but o separating. I have the Platinum ESP coverage from Ford. Dealership said the car is too old & did nothing to fix it. Service advisor worked hard but overall a poor showing for Worl Ford & Ford in general. Zero support for their products. The car only has 55,000 miles and is in otherwise excellent condition & was bought at World Ford. That won't be happening again. More

Had my truck way too long for 3 hr fix. I dropped it off on Friday the 7th. I called the next Wed and I was 7 in the queue. What was the number on Friday?
