I called from Western Ma to buy a 2012 Land Rover LR4. It was exactly what my wife wanted and was the only one with the options we wanted in the whole country. I dealt with Robert for the entire process, and was exactly what my wife wanted and was the only one with the options we wanted in the whole country. I dealt with Robert for the entire process, and he was professional and responsive through the whole process. World Class worked with me on price, some work it needed after a third party inspection, and transportation from Indiana to Massachusetts. They went above and beyond for a customer they never met in person. It’s been an amazing experience. More

Terrible After Sale Issues Our initial transaction started off great which we were allowed to drive the car for a few hours while they were apprising our vehicle for trade-in. Our initial transaction started off great which we were allowed to drive the car for a few hours while they were apprising our vehicle for trade-in. After spending so many times going back and forth, we finally made a deal in which we paid a very large sum of money for a "gently used" SUV. While we spent quite a bit of time informing the salesman of how we would be bring a check from our bank, we finally closed on the transaction but not before questioning the $199 dealer fee in which the only reasoning the salesman could come up with was "we did an oil change". After reviewing the console, the oil life was at 19% so we had to take it elsewhere to get changed as the trust was completely gone after the many instances. Also, when driving at nighttime, we noticed a headlight was incredibly blurry and blinding to drivers. This forced us to immediately get a new headlight replacement. Next, when all trust were gone, we decided to get an inspection of the entire vehicle and determined the tires had major hole patches in the middle of them and required a $1K replacement. We called the dealership to discuss the issues and the words were "well, that's what you get with an as-is" sale. So folks, if you'd like a transaction like the one we just went through, this is the dealership for you. We've bought and sold quite a few cars through many dealerships and the only one I feel we'd ever have a comfortable experience is with Alderman or Coast-to-Coast so try those before here. I'm incredibly angry and frustrated the way we were treated and blown off by this dealership. More
Worst Customer Service EVER I am in the market for a Honda Odyssey Touring. I found one in Florida, have the purchase agreement, in the process of making plans to go pick it up. I am in the market for a Honda Odyssey Touring. I found one in Florida, have the purchase agreement, in the process of making plans to go pick it up. Before flying to Florida, I decided to check out one with a similar year near by, with about 20, 000 more miles and about $1500 more. My thinking was World Class Motors LLC might be a little negotiable on price, then I might keep the business local since it was only about 20 miles from me. The response from the man who answered the phone was mind-blowing. At the mention that I found a similar vehicle in Florida, he cut me off, and abruptly told me to get purchase that one. It was as if to suggest, your business is not needed here. Maybe its because they don't negotiate with Black people or people with foreign accents at World Class Motors LLC in Noblesville, IN., but I would never truly know. Within a few minutes, I got an automated text from the company that stated: "Hi, this is World Class Motors, LLC. Thank you for your inquiry. We'd love to send you more info on the car you are looking for and also others we think you may like..." HA. If World Class Motors LLC sales reps are this dismissive to potential customers, I would STRONGLY recommend buyers beware, especially if you are a person of color like I am. More
