As I walked in, those feelings vanished as I met Jimmy and started the process. I told him I wanted the car and he made it happen. What I didn't initially tell him was that I had 1 year left on a lease for Honda Civic that I was dreading taking care of. He asked me what I drove to the dealership .. so I spilled the beans. Jimmy went out of his way to take care of everything for me.. freeing me of worries and allowing me to roll out of the lot with my BMW - Honda free. Couple that with the genuinely good-nature of him and his staff throughout the whole process, and you get a positive auto-purchasing experience that you can recommend to your peers. Very bad experience!! So at first I gave this place an awesome review!! We bought a 2010 Cadillac escalade that was suppose to have a 30 day warranty..after a few days of d So at first I gave this place an awesome review!! We bought a 2010 Cadillac escalade that was suppose to have a 30 day warranty..after a few days of driving it I realized that it was making a weird noise and started getting worse and worse.. I took it to my mechanic and he told me it needed a new suspension, new breaks the heated seats weren't working, the passenger chair doesn't move, something with the belt engine needs to change!! Anyways... I took the car back for them to fix it and the mechanic at the dealership gave my husband attitude wouldn't fix anything except the breaks and that's with arguing with them and going 3 separate times!! Now my awesome new car gets me sea sick cause it feels and sounds like I'm in a boat!!! More
