The service was great. I saw the car online I decided to call the dealer asked if they had the car. The Sales man Steve had the car ready to go for me. I test drove it but, I didn’t take it that day. I took a day to decide if that was the car for me a (2008 ACURA TSX). Once I made my mind up Steve and the dealer took care of everything for me. I travel a lot for work so I just don’t have the time to spend a day at a car dealer and they really made it pain less for me. Sales man Steve really went out of his way to make sure the car had everything I wanted including staying in my price range. I couldn’t even try to negotiate the price because it was so great! This has by far been the best car buying experience I've had as far as friendliness and ease of the overall transaction. Dean, the salesman was exceptionally friendly and informative. I purchased an E500 4Matic for my wife for Christmas; she hates to go into car dealerships. I was able to go in on Friday by myslef, look at the car, then bring her in on Saturday to drive it to see if she liked it. Having been burned by former "elite" used car dealer in the area, I was very cautious with this transaction and was ready to walk at the slightest "issue". Nothing bad happened! They even allowed me to take the car for a couple hours Saturday morning to bring it to my own mechanic in Plainfield to have it looked over (it was in fine mechanical condition). The price was very good and a deal was made (typical car negotiating). I had financing arranged on my own, and they were very patient while my Credit Union arranged to wire funds to my account a week later. After signing the sales contract that Saturday, they allowed me to take the car (even before the funds had arrived); which suprised me in a very good way. I am extremely pleased with the ease of the entire process and not wasting any of my time. I would definitley recommend World Class Motors, and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them. In 1997 I brought my first brand new car in N. Carolina after owning other used cars before, the saleman was named George. On Nov 22 my wife and I went to World Class Motorcars dealership just to look at a 2005 BMW 745li we saw online. This car is a car I was planning to get in the near future but not that day. Very mild mannered soft spoken saleman approached us was we looked at the BMW. I told him we were just looking and I may purchase one in May. He inquired why but I did not responsed to him. It had rain that day and it was a large puddle of water under the driver's door and I could not clearly get close to the car. The saleman said let me get the key and he introduced himself as Steve Barakat. Because I was not ready to buy the car at that time I really did not want to get close to it. But my wife being a tuff consumer that she is I got the feeling she was putting Steve to the test. After some convincing from my wife we took a test drive and Steve expanded some of the features, and packages the car holds as we took the drive. thinking to myself I was very calm with Steve showing me this car and I wanted to here alittle more about the features. Back at the Dealership my wife and I privately toss around the idea to get it or pass on it. The asking price was a little over 26,000.00 but we agreed around 24,000.00 was our magic number. Steve, my wife, and myself got back into the car to look at more features as he was talking my wife accidentally called him george we laughed as we told Steve about our expirence with george. Now look at payment option Steve informed us the internet listing price was around 24,000.00. Hearing our magic number and a outstanding salemanship of Steve this was the car to buy. I am very happy I have my dream car that look showroom quality when the time to come upgrade this one car World class Motorcars will be the dealer for us and we only want the work with Steve who even after serval days of the sale call Us to see things are fine More
