I bought a used BMW 530XI from World Class Motor Cars. I simply love the car and have absolutely no complains about it. Originally the car came with only 1 key but they actually got me an extra one at no charge. I think that right there was very good customer service and I wasn't even expecting it. I dealt with Sam and Aziz and I must say they were extremely professional and cooperative with me. Treated me very friendly and while they were dealing with me, they were completely focused. They answered all the questions I asked and I was completely satisfied with the service they provided to me. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used car. My wife and I were looking for a high quality used full size pick up truck. World Class Motors was easy to find on line because they advertise on Auto Trader.com. The salesman Marcos was very nice and accomidating allowing us to test drive two different vehicles. He did not rush us and was very pleasant to have along with the ride. He received a good mark on the survey because he was very nice to us however he was unable to answer some questions such as fule mileage. However he waas honest and told us he did not have the answers we were looking for, but would answer any and all questions by looking up the answers asap. We highly recommend him to work with other customers in the future. We also worked with Manny Javaid the finance manager who was conveniently located at the dealership. Manny was also very pleasant and nice to us. He didn't take too long to draw up the paperwork and at the same time didn't rush us either. The car I originally had gone to Illinois was not available when I arrived but the associates at World Class Motorcars did what they could to make up for it. My over all experience was good. Ken Kiseika is a no pressure friendly person as any good car salesman should be. The 2007 VW Beetle is great, my wife loves her new car. I had to travel 140 miles 1-way to get this car, over the phone I asked if everything on the car worked, I was told yes. The cruise control does not work on this car and they did not fix it before I took it home. I asked about the condition of the exterior and was told there were normal scratches and dents for a 4 year old car, when in reality, the body of the car is in excellent shape, however the driver side rear rim has BAD curb rash, should have been disclosed. In the end the manager thought he did me a huge favor by taking off $100 on the price of the car, the car only came with a single key, to get another will be $250, the manager did me zero favors. So Ken, I will recommend you and buy from you again, but be more thorough next time, if I did not disclose 3 major items (key, rim and cruise) in my job, I'd be looking for a new job. More
