I contacted World Class Motor Cars aftering finding the vehicle I was looking for on CARGURUs and the price was competitive. I'm not really familiar with the format for these reviews, but I was very pleased with my purchase and the service I received at World Class Motor Cars, so I'll hit on a few key points: Purchased: reviews, but I was very pleased with my purchase and the service I received at World Class Motor Cars, so I'll hit on a few key points: Purchased: 2007 Mustang Convertible Traded in: 2011 Dodge Nitro Customer Service: This was probably the best aspect of working with WCMC, all things considered. I went to the dealership fairly early on a Monday morning to look at the mustang and was promptly greeted by all of the salesman. Mark D. then asked me what I was looking for and off we went. While looking at the mustang he was very patient with me (I like to give any car a thorough once over). When I noticed some moisture around the top closure area, Mark and Aziz promptly took care of the issue. While running through the financing and trade in details, everyone was very amicable, and made the whole process very enjoyable (in my experience, that hasn't always been the case). The Car: I was looking to trade down a bit to lower my payments as well as get into a car that was more "me" (I liked Nitro, but regardless of family size, I need a nice sporty car). It was in excellent running condition, save for a few minor things that are common for a used car with 50k miles on it. I'm sure if the dealership knew about them, they would have been fixed Since they were so minor I just did it myself. All in all, I looked around a lot and picked the best car for me, and came away very happy. The Price: Not much to say here. WCMC has a "no haggle" policy on all of their cars, and I can see why. All things considered, I got a pretty good deal on the Mustang. They had it listed fairly well below KBB, and given the great condition of the car, I never felt like I need to ask for a lower price (after extensive searches for the same model, I kept coming back to WCMC because the price was very good). Do not get turned off by the "no haggle" claim, the prices are more than fair (I looked at a few other cars on the lot as well), and it makes purchasing a car much less stressful knowing you don't need to being up "that" conversation. The People: Mark Davies was my salesman, I also interacted with Aziz Khan quite a bit while I was there as well. While going through the car buying\trade-in process, Dave really couldn't have been nicer. We chatted about the purchase, similar interests, hobbies, etc. All of that went a long way into making me (and my S/O that came along) very comfortable. Aziz and the gentleman in finance (forgot his name) were also very friendly and helpful. Aziz presented me with the trade-in quote himself, and it was actually a little higher than the average for my vehicle. It was apparent that he and Dave were glad that we were able to work out a deal that day. Wrap up: I have bought about 7 cars from dealerships thus far (quite a few pretty close to this location). I can honestly say that I would come back again the next time I'm car shopping. They are honest people, working a job they seem to have a passion for. I never received the run-around or was subjected to tactics commonly used by most dealerships (like the old "let me talk to my manager 40 times" trick). Most importantly, I drove away happy, which after buying a car, spending that kind of cash, is really all you can ask for. Thanks again Mark and Aziz, you guys were great! More
