I walked into world jeep on a sat afternoon and was greeted by Allan Chapman the salesman. he showed me the vehicle and told me to take it for a test drive. Once I came back to the dealership he did not pressure me or try to "put me in the jeep". I told him I would think about the purchase and not only did he allow me room to think they offered to allow me to take the Wrangler for the rest of the day no obligation !!!!! WOW. I will not waste a lot of time writing about the great deal I got on my Jeep suffice to say I did my research and they could not be beat both on price and service offered... Then to top it all off they have a post purchase team that helps with anything you can think of related to your new jeep.. I know it sounds like I am related to someone at world Jeep but I assure you I am not, but they made me feel like family.. I wont buy from anywhere else ever. More

In the end I traded in the Jeep for a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn and Jim Dietrich was a fantastic salesman, from test rive through to the final sale. The mechanic was rude and never returned calls. After calling all day (from 11am to 5pm) he finally spoke to me just to tell me the parts haven't come in. My truck was there for almost a week (I understand it was memorial day so you were closed) but the lack of communication is unbelievable. More
