Problem fixed - Towed 2x in a week UPDATE. After having my car towed there Carmen the manager responded to me first thing Monday morning. He said he would put his best mechanics on it UPDATE. He said he would put his best mechanics on it and could they keep my car overnight to do extensive driving and testing. He is a man of his word. I picked my car up on Tuesday and have not had a problem. Carmen was handed a problem and dealt with it professionally and solved my problem. ORIGINAL POST - I am currently sitting in my truck waiting for my second row in 4 days. Ironically I receive an email to rate service center. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday after it stalled. Was told it need computer updates. Picked my car up on Friday. Didn't start on Saturday. Had to have it towed. Was told I then needed a new battery. Problem they missed the first time. Carmen the manage was great and was very apologetic for the second repair and gave me a discount on some of the service. I picked my car up on Monday. My car stalled yesterday again, but restarted. This evening after working a 13 hour day. It stalled on the side of the road. Here I am waiting for a tow truck. They said about 90 minutes. World jeep service center is the worst. I will never buy a dodge again because of it. More
