Great all around so far! I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Allan Chapman from World and he worked with me and did everything he could to make me feel lik I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Allan Chapman from World and he worked with me and did everything he could to make me feel like I left there exactly how I planned to. Kristen from finance was a great help as well letting me know about financing options as well as warranty info. I declined warranty and followed up to get more info the following day and she emailed me back very quickly to answer my questions. After leaving I got on the highway and pressed the brakes and had a lot of vibration which made me pretty upset. So I immediately called Allan back and he asked me when I wanted to bring it back in to get it taken care of. I was happy that I was able to bring it back as soon as it was convienet to me. So I picked my date and went to the appt where I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniela. She was fantastic and addressed all of my concerns and got everything I needed fixed at the time. Also, the young driver that shuttled me to and from the gym while I waited for my car was very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, something else seems to be wrong with the vehicle for which I called and scheduled and appointment for which is a bit of a nuisance but they scheduled me for a loaner car which makes it better. I still have it 5 stars because even though I have had a few problems with the actual car it is a used car but they are doing everything they can to suit my needs and make me happy. I will recommend this dealership to others, as well as use it myself in the future. More

Great Experience...After the Sale Overall I had a pleasant experience at World. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, although it took a while to get there. My biggest issue was the assuming attitude of the salesperson I dealt with, Brianna. Some background: After shopping the car at 3 other dealers, I called Brianna prior to driving to her and said, "This is what I'd like to pay for this car, if we're close, I'll come down and talk, but if not, let's not waste each other's time." We agreed on a rough range, but never an actual price. When I got down to the dealer, it was as if the sale had already been made and I was asked to sign a bunch of things without specifying a number, at which point I had to stop the conversation and bring it back a few steps. It could have been a miscommunication and there was fault on both sides, but that interaction was less than perfect. Once we got to the price I wanted, I was very happy with how things worked out. I dealt with TJ from the moment Brianna and I made a deal, and I don't think he could have done anything better or been more pleasant. He showed me the ins and outs of the new car and was able to answer just about anything I threw at him. In short, TJ went the extra mile and gave me confidence that I could go to him should any issues arise. More

Best experience! I went to three other dealerships before I came here and this was the absolute best experience. Everyone was so kind, helpful and not pushy!
