Poor Customer Service After buying my car I was told they would call me when the out-of-state plates came in. My temporary plates expired and no one called. On my 3rd call over the course of 3 days I was told I had to pick up the plates myself out-of-state. It seems like the service is fine when they want you to buy a car but then it is non-existent after. More

I scheduled an appointment Friday, and was seen on Tuesday. My appointment was at 9:30. However, I arrived early 8am, and my repair was done by 9am, and I was headed for work. I was overly impressed with the explanation of my airbag issue. Why it happened, and what was done to correct the problem (a personal touch). Additionally, my car was washed, and it looked great when I drove off. Everyone involved with my service did an outstanding job. The 5 star rating is well deserved. More
