So their service department works for me. Plus they always wash your car. I even purchased a oil change and tire rotation package. Great Service!!! More
Lube Oil & Filter Scheduled my appointment for 1;30 and arrived 5 minutes early. We prepaid for oil changes but the person who was checking me in stated I would have to Scheduled my appointment for 1;30 and arrived 5 minutes early. We prepaid for oil changes but the person who was checking me in stated I would have to pay as we should only receive 2 free oil changes. I protested and we went back and forth several times and he finaly said he would check with sales person to see who was correct. After 30 minutes waiting my car was pulled into the shop and put up on a lift. 60 minutes later it was taken down and after another 10 minutes was taken out of the garage. All told it took one hour and 10 minutes for an oil change and the service person did find out that we did not have to pay for the oil change but never said anything about to me More

Helpful I had an issue with my breaks and the service dept. was really helpful in fixing the issue. After shopping around at multiple Jeep dealerships, I ended up at World Jeep, where I felt welcomed and was given excellent customer service. Frantz worked with me to give me the best deal, and ordered a new Jeep Compass for me. The factory did not get the Compass to me in time, so Frantz and Renny Henderson (sales manager) located one for me, and I had it in 2 days! Purchasing was a smooth process. Kristin Inaugurato (finance) helped me with purchasing a tire and rim warranty, and was a delight to work with as well! After my purchase, Bill Morgan (customer advocate) walked me through the ins and outs of my new Compass, and was extremely thorough! With my last car from another dealership, I left there feeling clueless about it. Bill showed me everything I needed to know, and assured me that I could call him at any time if I needed any help. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I will definitely recommend friends and family to come here! I can't thank the staff of World Jeep enough for my awesome experience!! I am one happy customer! Not happy. I went in to purchase a new car. traded in my old 200 which i had purchased several years ago from the same dealership and have had a totally differen I went in to purchase a new car. traded in my old 200 which i had purchased several years ago from the same dealership and have had a totally different experience. Last time everything was smooth. This time i have only received one key and have followed up three times being told to wait for a letter in the mail saying i would relieve a new key. I am moving to texas in a week and still have received nothing about my spare key which i should have had. I have not yet received my loan paperwork which i was told was through chrysler capital but when reading the purchase documents says the lender is world jeep dodge ram. How i have not yet received my spare key is baffling. How i have not yet received any loan paperwork is baffling. I am not happy because every time i attempt to call up i get blown off. when i step in everyone is super polite yet i cannot get an answer in regards too when i will get the paperwork and my first payment is supposedly due in a few days. how am i supposed to pay my bill to a lender with no paperwork or place to send the money? if the dealership is the one financing fine, how do i pay them? if it is chrysler why have i not yet recieved a letter. i check my mail every day. This can only be a mistake on the part of the dealership. More

Outstanding Experience I had written a previous review that was ill advised. I never gave Sales / Service or Management @ World Jeep an opportunity to engage on what I had written. I jumped the gun on the review prior to even inquiring if anyone would assist me. In fact, I purchased 2 used Wranglers within 1 week and will continue to make future purchases at World. I have also subsequently "steered" my 3 daughters & sons-in-law to Ken Cary. Mike D'Aiello was straight up with assisting me. Both helpful, honest, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I'm a 50 year Jeep owner, going back to my time in the Marines, mostly CJ's & Wranglers., I am completely satisfied I found a dealer willing to assist with any pre-sale & post-sale issues; not leaving a customer hanging. Of course I retract that prior review and fall on my sword over the issue I created. Everyone @ World immediately jumped on the issue that I - not anyone @ World- created, and literally bent over backwards to shut down my issues. In final analysis I would also add Lou Zuluaga to the mix for his decisive review of the issues I had. Thank you, Gentlemen !!! More
