World Jeep, et. al. is the 5th Chrysler Dealer I've tried since buying my vehicle in 2009. They're definitely a keeper. My A.C. is finally fixed! I don't know why the other 4 dealerships' service people couldn't find the problem, I'm just elated that World Jeep a) fixed ut, b) had a courtesy car available within 3 days of my call, & c) are the nicest, most honest & genuinely caring out there. I drove 2 hours for this place!! I was dealing with Ivon via phone! She helped me get the appointment and answered questions about the vehicle over the phone since I lived far. I was late for my appointment because I live far and traffic so she was gone but still texted me from home to make sure I made it okay! Near me all dealerships were so over pushy! I found the jeep I wanted online and I walked right in to TJ and he asked if I needed help finding someone I said Ivon he said she left for the day. However he walked me out to find the jeep and right from the jump he was laid back very knowledgeable and didn't make me want to run off the lot. I wasn't planning on buying the jeep but it all worked out they gave me a great deal! It went seemless I will definatley be back!!! Thanks TJ UR THE MA 🙌 More
