Tom Papa should be the role model Mike Fein gave me such an AMAZING deal for my 2015 DD RT that i didnt even try to bargain. Purchased March 2016 . Tom Papa should be the role model and standard for all vehicle service departments , he took my truck in for service at short notice because he knew i needed a car for work , gave me a loaner ( i was in and out in mins with a loaner ) then had my vehicle repaired and back to me in less than 24hrs .
