Stressfree, comfortable service. Lauren Daidone helped me with a service appointment from my initial phone call through me driving away after the servicing had been performed. My experience was a ten out of ten. 1) Scheduling was a pleasant conversation and the day and time chosen was completely around my convenience. 2)) When I drove in for my appointment I was cheerfully greeted in the driveway by a young man whom directed me to a place to park in the front of the building and I was shown the door to the service department. No wandering around! 3) I had originally called about one recall on my Dodge Dakota but Lauren found there was two outstanding and assured me they would both be performed at the same time. 4) Lauren said she would call after lunch which she did and was very detailed and easy to understand about some additional work that was needed to make my vehicle safe and keep it running smoothly. She completely and patiently explained the fees associated with the suggested work. She gave me the option of just having the recalls done and I felt no pressure to do more which is very refreshing. 5) I was given a loaner car so I could go on with my normal schedule. It was immaculate and smelled great. No stale cigarette smell! 6) I had explained to Lauren that if I had the additional work done I needed my suv back by Friday night since I already had it packed for tailgating at a Rutgers football game on Saturday. She checkec with the mechanic who would be doing the work and assured me it could all be completed in time. True to her and the mechanics words I got a phone call Friday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up with no delays. 7) They washed my suv! Not only was all the work done, as promised, and on time but my suv was returned cleaner then I gave it to them! 8) My Wells Fargo debit card initially denied payment and I was totally embarassed but Lauren calmly reassured me it was probably just a daily limit issue and to take my time and call the company. She was right and Wells Fargo quickly fixed the issue but it was lovely how Lauren reacted when it occurred. All in all a ten out of ten experience. Easy, stressfree and it was terrific working with a woman in the service department! I will be back! More
