Whenever I have needed routine maintenance service, I would schedule an appointment with World Jeep. On Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, my coolant-low light came on. My vehicle was un-useable for any travel of any significant distance. On Friday, I came in without an appointment and Luis immediately shared his experience considering the possibilities regarding my vehicle and setting my expectations for several scenarios. It appeared the water-pump was the issue and there is a recall for the water pump but no "new" part number for the upgraded part. Luis kept me informed regularly, diagnosing the problem, developing a solution between World Jeep, FCA and myself. I am very impressed with the entire RAM family including World Jeep and especially Luis. More

Finally Happy with a Dealership I went to another dealership and they could not seem to give me a good deal. Then they kept calling me to ask me to return and work on a deal. I did not want to go into a dealership again so I started looking on line but had questions so I used the online chat and spoke to Michelle Ryan. She helped answer some questions and aided me to go back into a dealership. I then worked a deal out with Bruce. It was better than the other dealership I went to. He was not pushy and understood my financial concerns. Bill showed me how the car worked and told me I can contact him at any time to go over anything again or if I have any further questions. More

When my husband and I went in to World Jeep to test drive the 2018 Jeep Compass, TJ took his time to talk with us. I didn't feel pressured at all.
