First Jeep Purchase! I had a great experience at this dealership. It was a very positive pressure- free environment. I left with a new 2-door Jeep Wrangler which I love. It's the perfect car for me. I have already told my friends at work what a great experience I had buying it. This is my first Jeep. I have always driven small cars but was given a Jeep Wrangler as a rental car after an auto accident and loved it so much I decided to look into buying one. I'm so glad I did. One hour to make a deal I went to World Jeep because they had the new model of Grand Cherokee, Limited X in Velvet Red Pearlcoat in stock. I made an appointment for later th I went to World Jeep because they had the new model of Grand Cherokee, Limited X in Velvet Red Pearlcoat in stock. I made an appointment for later that Saturday, and when I arrived the vehicle was sitting out front. I took it for a test drive, but it had a V6 and I was interested in the Hemi V8. My salesperson, Ken Cary very quickly arranged for me to test drive an Overland model with a Hemi V8. I already knew this was the model I wanted and had a good idea as to how much the lease payments should be. It took only about 30 minutes to come to a deal, but since it was a new model and there were very few in stock, they ordered it for me from the factory. It took less than 4 weeks to get it delivered, and when I arrived to pick it up I got a lower monthly lease deal by going to 39 months (instead of 36 months as quoted). Very pleased with the whole experience. More

I had many questions about the vehicles, payments, and how the car buying process actually works. Phillip took the time to answer each question with as much detail as possible and and was not the least bit annoyed no matter how dumb my question was.
