Literally did everything over an email with Michelle Ryan and it was just the BEST BEST dealership experience I have ever had. There was a problem with my navigation system that I did not catch until I left and unfortunately I live about 1 and 1/2 hours away from the dealer, Darryl tried to accommodate me as much as he could for me not to drive back and forth but in the end my navigation was fixed thanks to the lovely Daniela. All my questions were answered directly, no "sales pitch". He spoke honestly about the differences in the vehicles I was interested in, again no "pushy" attitude. Never before have a purchased a vehicle where the entire transaction was prompt, pleasant and "no haggle" pricing and honest stress free financing. TJ processed all the paperwork, switched my insurance from my trade in to the new vehicle and made sure my easy pass was transferred. The finance manager, Kristen Inaugurato was well prepared, pleasant and answered all my questions. The delivery coordinator, Nicole Peterson was pleasant and patient and went over all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. Having traded in an 11 year old SUV, everything was completely new to me. She answered all my questions.
