I flew in to pick up the vehicle at 12 noon. It was not detailed or serviced. Everyone seemed to drag there feet in order to buy time for the service to happen. I had a lengthy drive and for this not to be detailed or serviced. Everyone seemed to drag there feet in order to buy time for the service to happen. I had a lengthy drive and for this not to be done for my appointment time was disappointing. Then after It was brought around for me to leave, it had a traction control warning on it and floor mats missing. Then finance put in permanent add on numbers the vehicle theft fee yet it was to be optional. When I called back and asked for it to be removed I was told that the (etching) is added automatically to the vehicles. Based on this it seems more permanent than optional and I was told they would not refund it because i signed the paperwork. This is a gimmick and serves as part of payment to the dealership and sales agent. While the truck is nice...many areas were a miss in my experience of purchasing. More

Rude Customer Service We leased there in 2017. Our current lease is up in August went in to try and either buyout our Ram or lease a new one. After giving us a new salesp We leased there in 2017. After giving us a new salesperson who could and did not understand our lease buyout we test drove a new Ram. Were out of the dealership for 5 minutes to test drive, came back in to find our sales person was with new clients. 3 men stood in the back and watched us come in with the key to the test drive vehicle, we sat down and waited for 10 minutes for someone to come over. They all stared at us and ignored us sitting there. After 10 minutes when we got up to leave the key on the counter suddenly everyone was interested in us. Walked out and 3 people followed us . Tried to make excuses that the new salesperson Justin had clients before we came in, if they knew that why did they put us with him in the first place? Stay away from this dealer, all the promises they make about service , free oil changes etc are lies. I will say after not delivering on the vehicle we had secured they agreed to throw in a bed cover. which took 2 months to get . Worst dealership experience we ever had don't waste your time. More
