After receiving poor customer service at another Jeep dealership, I was referred to World. It was a bit far from my house, but let me tell you it was worth it! When a car from another dealership became unavailable, I custom-ordered one through World and it could not have been a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend working with sales consultant Keith B. - he was not pushy at all during the entire process (something I HATE about a majority of salespeople), and is honest, helpful, very quick with communication, and an all around pleasure to work with. I am the type of person that would rather pay a little more to get great customer service, but at World I didn’t have to! I got fair pricing, excellent service, and an overall 5 star experience. More
