Consistently poor experience from buying the car to after purchase service. Bought my first Wrangler, Certified used. The sales rep assured me all parts for the soft top were present. Before leaving the lot I figured out that was not the case by watching a Youtube video. Then found that the key for the lug nuts was not included, glad I found that before I left. Brought it back for a battery error after a month of having a warning light illuminated. Dealer tried to charge me over $700, ultimately didn't pay. The car was supposed to have gone through an exhaustive inspection to be Certified, how was this missed and what else was missed. Service department I find to be not terribly friendly and on my last visit very understaffed. More
Had my Jeep Wagoneer serviced today and have used them on other cars in the past. They are exceptional to work with especially the service center. The service department staff were professional and easy to work with. Had a major issue due to Jeep axel breaking and a bolt coming off the tire out of no where (car is less than 6 years old). I could have been in a major accident luckily this occurred while parking the car coming off the tire out of no where (car is less than 6 years old). The warranty did not cover all parts which is absurd because this should never have happened as the mechanic had mentioned. I plan to contact World Chrysler because this could have been a major lawsuit. Colleen was a helpful advisor but was not able to get certain parts covered under warranty. When I went into the service center Eric was extremely rude and continued to walk away and not speak to me with respect. I will not be returning or getting another Jeep. More
