You should have seen her face, when you left that message we scripted, apologizing that the figure that was quoted to us was incorrect and that you couldn’t get us in that particular jeep. We went to this dealer in order to price an economical car. We were looking for a demo or the like so that we would not have to pay full price for a new or almost new car. We met Chris Ryan and explained our likes as well as our finances so that he could judge what we could afford. He showed us several vehicles both in Jeep and Chrysler. The one we liked was a dem with about 4600 miles. It was clean and looked nice with a good deal of options but not overloaded. The price was in the ballpark. We went for a trial ride. We discussed my Ford Explorer that was in the Ford dealership a few miles away. It was not worth fixing and we need this to be part of the ultimate deal so that we could get some kind of trade with it. We discussed the financing, picking up of the Explorer as well as leasing. We agreed on a figure of $199.00 and went out to lunch so that he could have the car prepped and ready for our return. Chris went out of his way with the financing. Upon return from lunch. We had almost finalized the sale when the leasing company turned down my credit as there were two problems with the credit report, both of which were not my fault. I have since straightened out one and will straighten out the other. The monthly payment went up $35.00 due to this as it put me into another level shich charged more in interest. I put $4,000 down which I thought was sizeable for a lease. Chris had the finance manager come out and explain it to us. He also went back with him to see what could be done to lower it as we had originally agreed on a $199.00 per month payment. They worked on the figures again and found that there was no way to lower the payment below $135.00. Chris talked to us and made some suggestions about other cars but I liked this one! He got the deal because he went way out of his way to get us what we wanted. He even called my insurance company and gave them the figures that they needed to register the new car. Between the two hour lunch break, going to the Ford dealership to get my personal belongings out of the car, we spent a total of 8 hours buying the car. He is an excellent salesman and cares what his customers need and want. In short, it was he who finalized the deal. He is a credit to your dealership! More
I had the 120K workup done on my Jeep, and needed it by midday (which was laughable). They had 2-3 guys working on it at once to make sure it was done when I needed it. Great service. After hours of negotiation we go to a price that turned out to be the internet price. Getting a refund on our deposit as a result of our dissatisfaction has so far taken a week and we haven't gotten our ch out to be the internet price. Joe Wajda was a pleasure. The usual agonizing haggling that I can't stand did not occur. Why? As a well researched consumer on both ends, both my trade-in and my new car, his first offer was fair and ba that I can't stand did not occur. Why? My business partner once said, the best deal is not the one where one side destroys the other, but rather the fair deal where both parties are satisfied. I was looking for a used Commander. I located one at World Jeep. Told Alan i did not want any pressure, and he kept his word. 1 week later I drove out with the Commander. When I first met Alan, I was checking out the Commander in the Parking Lot, and he came out. He just said "Hello", then I just asked what the price was. He told me and I asked for his card. After getting home, i check out the Commander online and found it different price online then posted on the window. When i came back, I told Allan that I just wanted to test drive it, and thats it. 2 Days later I was in there signing over my truck to him, and signing the papers for the Commander. HE DID NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON ME. He made me feel like FAMILY. Thanks again Allan..... More
