I was suppose to leave with a loaner car. Richard said it wouldnt be too long if I wanted to wait, so i decided to wait. An hour and a half I consider to be a long time to wait. this is the 2nd time I broug wouldnt be too long if I wanted to wait, so i decided to wait. An hour and a half I consider to be a long time to wait. this is the 2nd time I brought my jeep in for a clock that keeps losing time. After all that time waiting, I still had no answers as to why or what the problem was. I am now waiting 24-48 hrs to hear back from chrysler regrading the clock, which probably means I will have to make yet another trip to the service depart. I did appreciate that the mech pointed out that my rear brakes needs to be replaced. However, found your pricing extremely high and will be taking it somewhere else to have that work done. More

My car broke down and I called the dealership to asked what to do. They said to call the chrysler road side assistance and they told me when it got towed they ciould take it immediately. The tow truck cam what to do. They said to call the chrysler road side assistance and they told me when it got towed they ciould take it immediately. The tow truck came and towed it to World Jeep at which time Richard helped me out and found the probem. The car was ready just a couple of hours later. I was taken care of very well.
