The service department was friendly and helpful. My car was in for an oil change and low tire pressure. Rich advised some additional work, some of which was done that day. He fielded them all with grace and enthusiasm and put us at ease with this purchase of a new Wrangler. Mike LaMotta and Jean Gilbert took us through the financing and service plan options with great detail and patience as we pondered the options. All personnel we met at the dealership to include receptionist, sales, service and management personnel were courteous and friendly and made us feel that they really wanted to please us and ensure we were satisfied with our buying experience and with the final results of our purchase. They succeeded! We were also very impressed with their new facility. The showroom, service center, and customer waiting areas were well planned and thoughtfully appointed to make customer visits for sales or service very comfortable and pleasant. More
John Suell was very informative and patient. We had a lot of questions and ask for many demonstrations. All these tasks were met with ease. Richard Warren was exceptionally helpful in taking me IMMEDIATELY for servicing when I went to this dealership on 8/17/11 with what I thought was a relatively minor problem with an appointment. My right IMMEDIATELY for servicing when I went to this dealership on 8/17/11 with what I thought was a relatively minor problem with an appointment. My right front door lock was not working properly. When John the technician looked the car over he noticed that the front brakes were dangerously worn. In addition there was also a leak in the transmission pan. The service dept immediately starting working on these problems in addition to the front door lock being damaged after I gave them the go ahead to do so. Since I got to the dealership late that day, they would not be able to complete the work before closing time so they loaned me a courtesy car until I would be able to pick up my vehicle the next day at approx 6 PM. This was done at no extra charge to me. Everything was explained to me by Richard Warren in terms of the cost to fix all the things my car needed which I accepted. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and professional. More

Chris was very courteous and organized. My loaner was ready so I did not have wait for it. Within an hour, I received a call from Chis telling what he found regarding the problem I was having. I have owned 2 Jeep Wranglers over the past 8 years, and have gotten both serviced at World Jeep Chrysler in Shrewsbury not only on account of their knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff, but also be have gotten both serviced at World Jeep Chrysler in Shrewsbury not only on account of their knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff, but also because of their excellent service capabilities. Both of my Jeep vehicles have been more than ten years old, and I have had some bad experiences with other dealerships and discount auto garages in the area over the past few years, but the staff at World Jeep always knew what they were doing when it came to my vehicles, and provided top-notch service. The service records they provide have been long, detailed, and in-depth, and show me that I am both getting what I pay for, and am not getting ripped off, and they have always called me before going ahead with any service that might cost more than originally anticipated -- as a result, my 17-year-old Wrangler drives as if it were brand-new. Their prices may be a bit higher than some of the other discount auto stores in the area, but bottom line is: you get what you pay for. These guys know these vehicles, and have caught some potentially unsafe problems with my car, and were able to do some preventive maintenance, before I had to find out the hard way (thanks to the numerous courtesy multi-point inspections they have provided over the years).
