Both Chris and Rich handled my service issue with professionalism. They both listened to my problem, explained possible causes and discussed a solution. Great salesperson and great dealership. They listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted, no hard/pressured sale and we have bought many new cars so we have dealt with all types! Thanks to the internet you get all the necessary information before you leave your computer so we knew what we wanted just had to connect with the right person and dealership. John Suell spoke to us and answered all our questions and showed us a 2012 Jeep that met and went beyond our needs and the price was right where we wanted to be. Once we made the deal, we filled out the necessary papers and they took our 2006 Jeep at a very fair price on trade-in. We were cruising in the new Jeep the next day. I highly recommend World Jeep, John Suell or for that matter all sales personnel on staff. Even the General Manager and Finance Person treated us respectfully -- as people not just another sale. Have and will continue to recommend World Jeep highly. Thank you and it's worth the trip to Shrewsbury, NJ. More

I've been to several Jeep dealerships for service and owned a few Jeeps over the years. This was my first experience at World Jeep and Richard Warren provided exceptional customer service. Greg was the owned a few Jeeps over the years. This was my first experience at World Jeep and Richard Warren provided exceptional customer service. Greg was the tech who completed the work on my Jeep. I went in for service for a recurring problem and also routine service. Rich was upfront about the work that needed to be completed and very helpful throughout. I was provided a new and clean loaner car while the work was being done. When I got home I also noticed that my car had been washed - something that other Jeep dealerships in the area don't do. Overall, the experience was very positive and I plan to return to World Jeep for future service and sales based on the service Rich and Greg provided. More

I have been with World Jeep for years. I started going because I was friends with Kenny Schwartz, but I have continued going there because of their service department. Lou, Rich, Chris and all the servic because I was friends with Kenny Schwartz, but I have continued going there because of their service department. Lou, Rich, Chris and all the service guys not only fix my car, but they are really nice too. Not a very common combination. I have referred lots of my friends to World and I have personally purchased 4 cars there. My last two were used cars and I love them. I HIGHLY recommend World to anyone looking for a new Jeep, Suburu, Chrysler or VW and if you are looking for a used car, if they don't have it, they will find it! Enjoy. Kimberly Newsome More

I took my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Sedan to World Jeep Chrysler for LOF servic and to have control arm bushings installed. I had not received a call that the parts had been received, but thought they sho Chrysler for LOF servic and to have control arm bushings installed. I had not received a call that the parts had been received, but thought they should have been (turns out they had been back-ordered). I was greeted in a speedy and very friendly way. I was given a loaner without asking to use while the work was done. By the time I got home after a couple of errands, I had received a call. Turned out that the parts had not been received and that I could return at my convenience to pick up my car. I have since rfeceived a call that the parts have been received and set up another Saturday appointment to that control arm bushing instllation. Satisfaction is a word that I do not use frequently or lightly. But SATISFACTION is what I have consistently experienced during every visit to World Jeep Chrysler. Keep up the great work guys. I am always happy to :-) More
